Tom Ungi

Tom is a highly personable coach with 20 years of experience in leadership roles within the financial services industry. As the Co-Founder and CEO of True Partnership, he works with a diverse range of clients from established finance institutions to innovative technology start-ups.

He holds a BA in Economics, an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge, and multiple coaching accreditations. He also completed training on addiction through Harvard and conflict resolution at the Institute for Conflict, Cooperation and Security.

Tom’s philosophy is that human connection is essential for personal and professional growth. He helps his clients to facilitate growth, collaboration and big picture thinking, so they can step into new and expanded responsibilities with confidence.

With his analytical and business skills, combined with a deep understanding of human behaviour and a genuine care for his clients, he provides valuable guidance and support. He is also passionate about diversity and works with clients to build developmental cultures with intentionality and to improve the alignment of key stakeholders.

Tom’s expertise as a social scientist, consultant and mediator allows him to understand both human and organisational dynamics. However, his unique talent is helping clients to draw out questions they were afraid to ask either themselves or someone else.
