Sarah is a highly-empathic coach who works with senior and emerging leaders, navigating critical transitions and challenges, across multiple sectors.
Prior to coaching, Sarah acquired 18 years’ experience as a senior executive at a global data science company. She spent 5 years in the US, managed global teams and consulted at board level.
Sarah has an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge, a BA in Geography from Oxford, is an Ashridge accredited coach, and a Minds at Work Immunity to Change facilitator.
Sarah empowers clients to express their voice and opinions, with authenticity and confidence – both personally and professionally.
She shows up with depth and presence; encouraging clients to challenge their beliefs, acknowledge their needs, be assertive and consider the impact of making different choices. Her warm and engaging style means she is adept at bringing even the most uncomfortable truth to light, in a supportive and non-confrontational way.
Sarah helps clients identify where they hold themselves back and why. With this awareness clients are able to speak up, regulate their emotions and implement healthy boundaries. Consequently, fun, freedom and creativity return.
