Based in: Kenya

Mary is a passionate coach who loves working with young professionals and leaders in transition; predominantly from, but not limited to, the legal and financial sector.

Mary comes with over 17 years’ experience in capital markets, financial sector policy, regulation and commercial legal practice; and continues to play an active role in Africa’s growth story, via her current position.

Having studied in the UK, Mary holds an MSc in Finance and Financial Law from SOAS, and an LLB in Law from Manchester.

Mary believes every human being has more creativity and potential than they think. She helps clients access their full capacity, uncovering new strengths and abilities.

Mary listens empathetically ‘with all I am’. Her priority is to ensure clients feel safe and understood, before really challenging them to look past their internal blocks and limitations.

Mary helps leaders discover themselves, their passions, and their potential. Clients can expect a lot of energy, warmth and support – to leave sessions feeling inspired, enlightened, and comfortable using their new skills and creativity – both personally and professionally.

As a young professional Mary struggled with low self-esteem; but her superiors, mentors and the demands of her career pushed her beyond her comfort zone. Borrowing from her own experience, and in a world where fortune favours the brave, Mary finds fulfilment in helping draw out clients who feel unsure and insecure.
