Erica is a highly experienced executive coach who specialises in coaching senior leaders in the corporate, public and charitable sectors.
Prior to coaching, Erica was European General Counsel at BlackRock, Barclays, and a founding partner of the securities and structured finance team at Ashurst LLP. She comes with over 30 years of experience at senior executive level managing large, internationally dispersed teams and gaining valuable experience in building businesses, restructuring groups, developing strategies, and supporting the development of many colleagues.
Erica holds coaching certifications from Meyler Campbell and the Academy of Executive Coaching. She is MBTI and Hogan certified and accredited with the Association for Coaching. Her foundation year in psychotherapy enhances her holistic coaching approach.
Erica’s approach to coaching is based on a belief that most people have the answers to the issues they face somewhere within themselves, and that these answers can be brought out if they’re given sufficient space, support and constructive challenge to explore their thoughts.
Combining challenge with care, Erica creates a safe space for clients to think strategically, serving as a sounding board, providing objective support with no agenda, fostering growth and accountability.
Clients working with Erica benefit from her extensive corporate experience, diverse team management, and commitment to diversity. Her coaching empowers leaders to achieve specific goals, recognise their potential, and live more fulfilled lives.
Beyond her professional roles, Erica is deeply committed to inclusivity, serves as a NED on notable boards, as a trustee on various charitable boards and is the founder of a training program on workplace gender dynamics.
