Derya Yusuf

Derya is an executive coach, mentor and advisor, to business owners and leaders wanting to bring more consciousness, choice and fun into their lives. 

Derya has 35 years’ experience in Human Resources and Coaching. She is an active Executive Board member, of the company she helped transform from a small local Turkish firm, into a multinational conglomerate, operating in many diverse sectors. 

Derya is an Ashridge accredited executive coach, and part time professor at three Turkish Universities. She also holds various board level positions, and is founder of the Women’s Experience Exchange Cooperative. 

Derya builds strong relationships with clients based on openness, trust, and confidentiality. 

Her deep listening, directness and willingness to challenge non-judgementally, allows for increased self-awareness, behavioural change and management maturity. Clients can expect to see improved performance, efficiency and motivation.

Derya excels in initiating programs that cultivate the existing leadership skillset, whilst establishing a cultural heritage process in the development of executives. Leaders are grown from inside for succession planning, and adaptation programs are used to fully integrate external hires.

Derya’s extensive experience in overseas expansion, mergers and acquisitions, has resulted in her advising many companies navigating global growth. Fundamentally, she ensures acquired companies are fully institutionalised, and new executives get the support they need in order to succeed.
