Carlo is a passionate and inquisitive coach, who works with individuals, teams, and groups across a wide range of industries, including finance, professional services, and global corporations.

Prior to coaching, Carlo navigated a successful career from Analyst to Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. His multi-regional responsibilities allowed him to develop unique managerial abilities and a deep understanding of the industry, stakeholder management, political complexities and how to relate in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Carlo is an EMCC accredited Coach, Counsellor, and nearing completion of his Psychotherapist training at the Gestalt Centre in London. He also holds an MA in Gestalt Psychotherapy, an MSc in Organisational Psychology, and a BSc in Economics. He is also certified in Hogan Assessments.

Carlo’s coaching philosophy focuses on raising awareness in how clients connect with and relate to their environment. He seeks to rebalance the equilibrium between goal achievement and the experience of doing so.

Carlo’s coaching style derives from a broad range of experiences which include Gestalt psychotherapy training and practice, therapy-group processes, his long tenure in financial services, and his recent studies in Organisational Psychology.
