Brad is a straight-talking coach, mentor and consultant with exceptional commercial experience in Financial Services. He is London based and works with senior executives and teams, across all sectors.
Brad has 40 years leadership experience, managing risk and high-performance teams. He has managed securities trading desks at a large Tier 1 investment bank in London and Asia. As a senior executive he has managed the execution of complex corporate and regulatory change projects involving many people and large budgets.
Having coached and mentored extensively throughout his career, Brad gained his formal Executive Coaching qualification through Meyler Campbell’s ‘Mastered’ course, which is endorsed by the AC and EMCC.
Brad’s areas of expertise include supporting clients with a planned or unplanned transition, creating personal impact to further one’s career and developing leadership skills. Helping clients to realise that they need to take care of themselves is pivotal to Brad’s approach.
He is a deep listener, who has a gift for finding the questions that cut right to the core of the issue. He encourages clients to be more open, honest and themselves – in order to increase confidence, resilience and performance.
Brad helps clients establish their true priorities and long-term goals. This clarity allows clients to see what is and isn’t working, and where they need to initiate change.
Brad’s life experience, coupled with his business knowledge and acumen, helps facilitate successful outcomes for clients.
